On some occasions, a signature may be required. If you are not at home, the courier will attempt to leave the delivery with your neighbours. If a signature is not required; it will be posted through the post box or left in a safe and secure place. If your parcel cannot be left in a safe and secure place, it will be taken back to the depot and a calling card will be left with details of how you can collect it; or arrange for another delivery.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a second email when your order has been dispatched including your tracking details - including information on how and where to track your parcel.

Yes, we offer a next day delivery service for our customers in the UK! Simply place your order/s before 12:00 (GMT) between Monday and Thursday, and select the next day delivery option to receive your order by 13:00 the following day.
We are unable to deliver on bank holidays so please allow an extra working day for this
