XANA’s Boutique are happy to refund your item; as long as it is returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of it being dispatched.

If you exceed our 14 day return policy, you will be issued with a discount code of the value of your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or refund for pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons. 

    

How to return your product: 

Please follow the simple steps below for returning your product/s to us:

You should not post the package through the post box without obtaining a receipt of your proof of return to us.
We strictly do NOT accept physical returns at our address under any circumstances - all parcels must go through the local postal system or a courier service

     

Exchange:

We are happy to offer you an exchange of a product, as long as it is the same product, but in a different size or colour. Exchanges can take between 7-14 working days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item for you, we will send you an email with an explanation, and also offer you a full refund for your purchase minus the original shipping fees. You may only make an exchange on the same item once. If the item is still unsuitable, please return it according to the returns policy above.

Please Note:
If you are returning product/s paid for on your credit or debit card, we will make a credit adjustment directly to your account minus the original shipping fees. If you can not produce proof of postage from your local postal office or courier service, then we will not be able to credit your account on the unlikely occasion your parcel goes missing in transit.

If you have been issued a refund, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This is due to your banking or building society's clearance period and dependent on your initial method of payment.
